Absolute Construction Enterprises has been incorporated since 1990; originally as a woman owned and operated business with an architectural focus. More recently the business has been re-invented as a full construction services company by the merging of a core management team with diversified and extensive experiences in both Construction Management & General Contracting. The strengths of our management team extend into the Educational, Religious, Municipal, Correctional, Health Care, Assisted Living, Retail, Financial, Corporate Facility and Residential
markets.

The members of Absolute Construction Enterprises believe in the importance of providing their clients Absolute Service in meeting all Construction needs. We realize that today’s business owners are composed of knowledgeable, even construction savvy professionals with a high level of expectation toward Constructors meeting demanding timetables without compromising quality or cost controls. Owners appreciate a total understanding of their projects and in many cases an active participation in the construction process. Used as an example was a project, managed by Jeff Stacy, in which the Owner’s goal was to design and reconstruct a $6.5 Million, 90,000 square-foot portion of a facility, without disturbing existing operations, all within a 4.5 month, 2-shift work period.  During the same timeframe, planning and construction of future phases also needed to be implemented. The only way such a task could be successfully accomplished was by developing a system to manage and cross reference the constant influx of communications between the core group consisting of the Owner, Contractors and Architect.

Absolute Construction stresses the value of establishing trust, reliability and integrity in developing our building partnerships. Structuring communication is a key to the success of any relationship. We concentrate on establishing mutual goals and respective responsibilities early in the planning process to assure that we all have a clear understanding of each projects specific needs. We also facilitate active Workshops with all core group members and sessions to develop valuable Project Partnering and team building. Acknowledging and appreciating our Client's special needs improves our capacity to service those needs and manage the impact a building project will have on our Client.

Absolute Construction utilizes industry leading management technologies to maintain total quality project management controls. Our management team posses extensive experiences with the complex computerized systems needed to manage projects extensive flow of information. These tools give Absolutes Management Team an edge in providing clear communications, comprehensive detailed scheduling, operational quality controls, organizing historic data for estimating and maintaining cost controls to guarantee a successful process for all participants.

The entire team at Absolute Construction has worked diligently to establish a reputation toward becoming one of the foremost trusted partners in the building industry. We continually strive to make each project a completely satisfying experience for the building owners.

Tracy Stacy has twenty two years experience in the field of Architecture and Construction involving planning, managing, designing and drawing of architectural plans for multiple facets of the construction industry. Tracy is partner and the initial founder of Absolute Construction. She has been involved in land development projects, community zoning and planning approvals involving detailed presentations to county and town boards and committees. As an active participant of the construction team she has focused on managing cost controls that keep the owners interest first priority. Her management participation on the new high school for Community High District # 117 resulted in substantial reduction by 30% over initially contractor request for cost change. With the ability to review these request from an architectural knowledge base she is able to validate responsibility and offer reasonable value engineering solutions.

Jeff Stacy's experiences include both Construction Management and General Contracting developed thru all aspects of construction over the past twenty-six years. Jeff believes in the benefit of offering these experiences as pre-construction services to aid owners and architects in conceptual budgeting and needs assessment then continuing throughout the construction to assure the owners interest are not compromised. He has successfully managed projects from concept to completion with continual relationships for clients such as Community School District 117, Antioch Community Consolidated School District 34, Wisconsin Electric, Kenosha's First Assembly of God Church / Christian Life School, Racine Unified School District and numerous projects for the State of Wisconsin.

Mike Wiedenbeck, Project Manager, previously worked for Kenosha Unified Schools' Facilities Division, and has earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering.  His experience with Kenosha Unified offered not only practical construction and facilities management experience, but brought a valuable insight into an Owner's point of view.
