During her twenty two years of experience, Tracy has developed from her beginnings as an architectural designer working for AJ Seitz Architects of Racine to creating her own business; and then managing contracts/ cost control for the construction of new schools and other major commercial projects. Tracy studied architecture at the University of Milwaukee while raising a family. After completing her internship she began her own women owned business in 1990. Initially her focus was on design involving residential, land development, community zoning and planning approvals with detailed presentations to county and town boards. Absolute has designed many premier upper scale residences throughout a four county area. Eventually she reinvented the company toward its current concentration of managing construction with the addition of one of the area’s most experienced commercial construction management teams. During this time she has also continued to teach drafting studies for high school students two mornings a week at Christian Life School in Kenosha. She has also taught herself intermediate Italian and offered a course to beginners with co-instructor Dr. Mariani. Her responsibilities include managing company operations, business development, quality assurance, project pre-construction planning and project management. Tracy believes success comes from working hard to become the best you can be no matter what difficulties you encounter.
