    During his twenty-seven years of experience Bob has developed a knowledge of construction from the trenches to close-out through his direct hands on technical exposure. He began his career in highway & heavy construction as a laborer and equipment operator. Bob then moved into commercial construction through a carpenter apprenticeship. By the second year of his apprenticeship he had already shown the attributes to be promoted to foreman on a new   180,000 sf  church/school facility. Bob has been
    supervising projects since becoming a journeyman and during the most recent seven years he has continually performed as a Field Manager, combining supervisory and managerial responsibilities, on several major construction management projects including a new $46 mill high school. He utilized this direct technical experience to the benefit of projects both during the planning / design phase as well as following through to direct the actual construction. His responsibilities included Owner/ Architect relations, project coordination, scheduling activities, quality control, project safety adherence, monitoring project cost, management and expediting trade contractor’s daily performance. Bob is extremely detail oriented, thoroughly enjoys construction, dealing with its challenges and producing a quality project.

    Lake Villa, IL-Construction field manager of a new 262,000 sf high school project including a complete competition athletic complex with 9 field’s concessions/ team locker rooms building. Site also required expansion of all utilities and state highway.
